Due to limited production runs and the nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds at this time.

This includes:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Pre-order items
  • Sale items

By placing an order, you agree that your purchase is final.

PRE-ORDERS

All pre-order items are made to order after the pre-order window closes.
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once placed.

Estimated production and shipping times are provided for guidance but may vary.

SIZE EXCHANGES

We may offer size exchanges only, subject to availability.

  • Exchanges are not guaranteed
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping cost
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

If the requested size is unavailable, no refund will be issued.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
Replacements may be offered where appropriate, in line with applicable consumer law.
